Can someone tell me how to get the electrival pins/prongs out of this relay/harness connection? I feel like it’s stupidly obvious but gave up after an hour.

I don’t know what exact tool to use. It will look something like this one.

It gets pressed down inside the terminal on the wire side and releases the clips that hold it in. The wire and terminal come out in one piece. The link is probably not the exact one you need, but the one you need will be very similar.

hard to tell from the picture, but I'm pretty sure my explanation will work. In the second picture, just above the pin, there should be a little black tab buried back in the body of the connector. Go in with a very small flat bladed screw driver, like you would use for glasses. Lift that tab and you can pull the pin out. Just be careful not to break the tab.

You need a terminal removal set, or a very small flathead electronics screwdriver. There are small tabs on the front that need to be released before they can be pulled out the back.
